George Stiles
1937-2017
George Arthur Stiles of Anderson Road, NB, passed away unexpectedly at
his home on December 26, 2017.
George was born at Currie Road, NB, on April 3, 1937. He was the son
of the late Ronald and Eva (Albert) Stiles. George leaves behind his
daughters, Georgine Swim (Gerry Cooke) of Aroostook, NB, Susan
DeMerchant (Brian) of Holmesville, NB, Laura Stacey (Mark Wilkinson)
of Shawnigan Lake, BC; his son, Ronald Stiles (Tammy Poirier) of
Moncton, NB; his brother, Leon Stiles (Rina) of Hartland, NB; six
grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
George was predeceased by his parents; his sisters, Lina Neilson and
Greta Adams; his brother, Edwin Stiles.
A memorial service celebrating George’s life will be held on Friday,
December 29, 2017 at 11 am from Brunswick Funeral Home. Father Gilbert
Doddatto officiating. Interment will be in St. Ansgar’s Anglican
Cemetery, New Denmark, NB, at a later date.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the NB Heart and Stroke
Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
