Passed peacefully away on Saturday, December 16, 2017 in the presence of his loving family, Robert Alexander Glynn, age 71. Left with fond and cherished memories are his loving wife of 49 years Mary (Roche), sons Robert (Karla Hayward) and Daniel (Amanda MacNeill); daughters Rhonda (Chris Abbott) and Colleen (PJ Power); his precious grandchildren who brought so much joy to his life, Alexander, Nathan and Harriet Glynn; Joshua, Emily and Ashley Abbott; Andrew and Luke Power; and extended family and friends. A special thank you to the team of professionals who provided such wonderful care during his last few months, and heartfelt gratitude to his family doctor Patrick O’Shea.
Visitation will take place at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. As per Bob’s wishes, an anatomical gift donation has taken place. A private celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Bob’s memory to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or a charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciated. RIP.
