RIDEOUT, Eric Ward: (March 9, 1966 – December 13, 2017): Passed peacefully away at his home in Avondale surrounded by his loving family after a 2 year courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 Eric (Ward) Rideout in his 51st year. Predeceased by his parents: Clarence & Elisabeth Rideout, grandparents: Eric & Edith Hiscock & Adam & Evelyn Rideout, his father in-law Raymond Galway. Left with fond & loving memories are his devoted wife Sheila, son Adam, brothers: Wayne (Barbara), David & Alan (Tammy), & sister Wanda (Peter), son Eric, grandchildren: Nickolas, Kianna, Grace & Jacob, mother in-law Marion Galway, sister in-law Sherry (Edward), brothers in-law: Dale (Rose), Darrin (Shelly) & Desmond (Carolann), also leaving behind with cherished memories a large circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. At his request Cremation has already taken place. Resting at Dunphy’s funeral Home, Holyrood. A celebration of Ward’s life will take place on Friday & Saturday from 2 pm – 4 pm & 7 pm – 9 pm. Donations in his memory may be made to the Avondale Recreation Committee, Janeway Childrens Hospital or the Gathering Place. The family wishes to thank Dr. Lake & nurses at Community Health, Holyrood for their caring & compassion.
