1942-2017
At the Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews NB on December 10, 2017, Nancy
Christine (Lambert) Cline, wife of the late Harold Clayton Cline
formerly of Lord’s Cove NB. Born in St. Stephen NB on December 7,
1942, she was a daughter of the late Herbert and Beatrice (Richardson)
Lambert. A loving mother and sister, Nancy is survived by one son:
Francis Dougherty of Lord’s Cove NB; two sisters: Helena Burell of
Fall River NS and Trudy Ward of Connecticut; and by several nieces,
nephews and cousins.
Prior to retirement, Nancy lived and worked for many years in Halifax
NS. She saw employment at various nursing homes as a devoted CNA. Upon
meeting her husband, Harold, Nancy moved back to Deer Island to enjoy
her retirement. She loved going for drives and being with her family.
She was a member of the Lambert’s Cove Baptist Church.
Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26
Portage Street, St. George NB. A graveside service will be held at the
Mount Hope Cemetery, Lord’s Cove NB on Friday, December 15, 2017 at
1:00 pm with Rev. Maurice Hatfield officiating. In Nancy’s memory,
donations to the Passamaquoddy Lodge would be greatly appreciated by
the family.
