We the family want to announce the passing of Nelida Young “Nede” born April 10, 1940 and died December 2, 2017 at Northside General Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Ben & Liza Young of Bras d’Or. She is survived by her sisters Lex McManaman, Naish Addicott, Lenora Jessome (Emerson), Sally Stubbert (Brosie), sisters-in-law Marg and Shirley and many nieces and nephews. Spending time with her great great niece Ivy Hill was a source of great joy to her. Ona LeBlanc and Ann Bonnar were two nieces that Nede called “her angels” and they never left her side.
