Phillip Mahaney
1943-2017
Phillip Mahaney of Plaster Rock, NB, passed away peacefully at Hotel
Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on the evening of November 30, 2017.
Phillip was born in Riley Brook, NB, on February 13, 1943. He was the
son of the late John Benjamin and Helen (Jenkins) Mahaney. Phillip
leaves behind his wife, Myrna Mahaney (McDougall); his daughter,
Jennifer Mahaney (David Anderson of North View, NB) of Oromocto, NB;
his sons, Todd Mahaney of Edmonton, AB, John Mahaney (Michelle Gray)
of Plaster Rock, NB; his sister, Judy Hanson (Dale) of Perth-Andover,
NB; his brothers, Blaine Smyth (Kaye) of Nova Scotia, Marven Mahaney
of Anfield, NB, Gary Mahaney of Saint John, NB, and Lynn Mahaney
(Libby) of Plaster Rock, NB; grandchildren, Nathan, Justin, Alanah,
Victoria, Naomi, Thomas, Madison, plus one more on the way; great
grandchildren, Allyse, Hunter, and one on the way, Norah.
Phillip was predeceased by his parents and his baby daughter, Angel
Mahaney.
Respecting Phillip’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral
service held.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
