Obituary of John Bolton
At Braemar Nursing Home, Wingham, November 30, 2017, Mr. John Bolton formerly of Culross Township in his 95th year.
Beloved husband of the late Jean (Worville) Bolton and Doris (Steif) Bolton. Cherished father of Russell & Linda Bolton of Hanover, and Isabel & Ron Kraemer of Bluevale. Loving grandfather of nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Harvey Bolton and Margaret Sleightholm. Brother-in-law of Marie Bolton, Alice White, Florence Stewart and Betty Cedar. John will be lovingly remembered by his step-children Larry, Dennis and Maria and their families, as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Robert & Rosetta (Smith) Bolton, grandson Darren Bolton (2010), sisters Bertha Tout (Earl), Olive Davis (Harold), Myrtle Sleightholm (Nelson), Etta Dickieson (George), Shirley Bolton and brothers Gordon Bolton (Theresa), Ivan Bolton and William Bolton.
Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home Chapel, Wingham, on Tuesday from 11:00am until the time of John’s Celebration of Life at 1:00 pm. Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Memorial donations to Braemar Residents’ Council would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
