Perrin, Ruby Margaret – Age 88 of Halifax, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2017, in palliative care, with her cherished family by her side. Born in Centre Musquodoboit, she was a daughter of the late Charles “Herb” and Edith (Stewart) Redmond.
She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Victor; daughters, Janet (Gary Merlin); Susan, both of Halifax; sister, Hazel Redmond, Ottawa; several nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart. She was predeceased by brothers, Herbert, Sydney, Ralph; and sister, Emma.
Cremation has taken place. At Ruby’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations in her memory may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, or a charity of choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Arimathea Funeral Cooperative, Upper Musquodoboit.
