SHIRLEY LORETTA GILES
1941 – 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Shirley Giles announce her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on November 27, 2017 at the age of 76. Shirley was predeceased by her parents Katie & Ben (“Foddie”) Butt; sister, Sadie Edison and her brother, Wayne Butt. Left with fond and loving memories is her daughter Judy Giles-Warford (Larry) and her son Rick Giles (Barb Jackson) both of Springdale. Also leaving to mourn are “Her Boy” Tony Butt (Angela); grandchildren-Dawn Bell, Deanne Coady (Gerald), Crystal-Ann York, Micheal Warr (Catherine), Adam Giles (Hilary) and Marcel Warr (Melissa); great grandchildren-Cody, Lucas and Riley, Isaac and Jackson, Tila-Ann, Anika and Aden; siblings-Silvia Edison (Dexter), Mayben Butt (Jean), Bruce Butt (Betty) and Sheila Saunders; nieces, nephews as well as many friends. Captain Elsie Brown will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Springdale on Thursday, November 30 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Springdale. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
