Obituary of Gerald Bond
BOND, GERALD: At his home with his three children at his side on Monday, November 27, 2017, Gerald George Bond passed away at the age of 81. Beloved husband of the late Joan Bond for 59 years. Loving father of the late Debbie Bond, Wendy McKee (Doug), Rick Bond (Lynn), and Geraldine Kiss (Joe) and cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family sends an extra special thank you to the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 393 Smithville where he was a member for over 50 years, and the Ontario Harness Horse Association who share his lifetime love of horses. A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Ker United Church, 9353 Twenty Road, West Lincoln with a reception to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, Smithville. If desired, donations to Ker Church would be appreciated.
