Muriel Godfrey Taylor
The death of Muriel G. Taylor, age 95, wife of the late
Senator Austin C. Taylor, occurred at The Drew Nursing Home,
Sackville, NB, on Friday, November 17, 2017. Muriel was a retired
Federal Civil Servant and worked early in her career as a Court
Reporter. She was a long-time resident of Peoples Park Tower and more
recently of The Drew Nursing Home, Sackville.
She leaves to mourn one daughter, Dorothy of Toronto, ON. She
is warmly remembered by her sisters, Connie MacKenzie of Winnipeg, MB
and Shirley Sonnenberg of Albuquerque, NM and her loving nieces and
nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy and brothers,
Aubrey and Garnet; her sisters-in-law, Frances and Thelma and her
brother-in-law, Max Sonnenberg.
Private family graveside service to be held at Fair Haven
Cemetery. Arrangements under the professional care of Fergusons
Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995).
