Life Legacy
RUBERTO, Caterina – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Sunday November 19, 2017 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Francesco Ruberto (1986). Loving mother of Teresa Ruberto, Giovanni ‘John’ (Regina) Ruberto, Maria ‘Mary’ (Nasser) Pooli and mother-in-law of Jean Ruberto. Cherished Nonna/Nanna of J.J. (Jacklyn), Kristina, Leo, Frankie, Masood, Nasser Jr., Leo Jr., Claire and Luke. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by her son Leo ‘Pasquale’ Ruberto (1986), her sisters Teresa (Antonio) Bilotta, Maria (Antonio) Mete, Anna (Giovanni) Renda, Italina (Antonio) Trapasso and her brother-in-law Antonio (Concetta) Ruberto. Family and friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. visiting Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 am at St. Patrick’s Church. The Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery. In memory of Mrs. Ruberto, donations to The ONE Foundation (Walker Family Cancer Centre) or Heart Niagara would be appreciated by her family. Online condolences at www.pattersonfuneralhome.com
