Death Notice
Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Mary Humphreys passed away at Twin Lakes Terrace, on Friday, November 10, 2017, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Humphreys for 62 years. Loving mother of Susan (Mario) Aquilina, Linda, John (Lis), Janet, Karen (Fred) DeVogel and Bob (Lorraine Browne). Cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Mary was a well respected Registered Nurse for Peel Memorial Hospital in Brampton. Mary will be remembered for her award winning gardens and her awesome homemade date squares. Cremation has taken place.
Service
A reception to celebrate Mary’s life will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017, at the SMITH FAMILY CENTRE (located directly in front of Smith Funeral Home) 1576 London Line, Sarnia, at 11:30 a.m. A private interment of ashes will take place in Resurrection Cemetery, Sarnia.
