Obituary for Ann Rosemary Bradbury (Battersby)
Bradbury, Ann Rosemary (nee Battersby)
Peacefully at Dufferin Oaks, Shelburne on Wednesday, November 8th, 2017 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Ray Bradbury (2011). She will forever remain in the hearts of her daughters Andrea Stirk (John), Janine Livingston (Jim) and Martine Gane (Al). Cherished grandma of Nathan (Laura), Nicole, Tyler, Jordan, Mitchell and Madison. Ann will be remembered for her many years of volunteering on the HHCC Auxillary, SHARE Agricultural Foundation, as steward of Mayfield United Church and the Brampton Library Board. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ann may be made to HHCC Auxillary or SHARE Agricultural Foundation.
Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre 21 First Street Orangeville, Ontario on Monday, November 13th, 2017 at 11:00 am. with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.
A tree will be planted in memory of Ann in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com.
