Obituary of Rita Young
Passed peacefully away on Novemeber 5, 2017 at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor, Rita Phoebe Young of Badger, at the age of 79 years. Rita is predeceased by her husband, Charles; parents, Roland and Violet Jenkins; and sister, Olive Jenkins. She leaves to mourn sons, Clarence (Bridget), Clayton (Ann Marie), Calvin, and Colin; and daughter, Roseann (Sabri) Gezmish. Also left to mourn are sisters, Ruby (Bert) Elliott, Betty (Don) Swyers, Marg Bridger, and Maddie (Joe) Saunders; brothers, Bill (Pearl), Mac (Barb), Wayne (Elsie), and Charles (Annette); 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and a circle of other relatives and friends. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, Novemeber 8th, 2017 at 2pm from Faith Covenant Church in Badger. Interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Home in Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers are Clarence Young, Clayton Young, Calvin Young, Colin Young, Sabri Gezmish, Larry Loveless, and Honorary pallbearer, Jim Roberts.
