Marion Nash – 2017

2017
Obituary Overview
In Loving Memory
NASH, Marion Geraldine (nee Ecker)
June 17, 1923 – October 31, 2017.
With everlasting love, Marion’s children Janet, John, and Paul announce the passing of their Mother on the thirty-first of October, 2017. Pre-deceased by her loving husband, Jack (1998) and brothers Gene and Harold. Always remembered as a wonderful Nana by her grandchildren Emily, Michael, and Robert. Beloved friend of Terri, Karen, and David.
We will always respect and deeply embrace her memory; she was a gentle and kind lady who made it her life’s purpose to care for those she loved. The most enjoyable moments of Mom’s life were spent creating lovely homes, preparing memorable meals, playing bridge, sailing and cruising with Chief and their friends, travelling, and reading.
We gratefully acknowledge the care workers and staff at Sunrise of Burlington. They are admired and valued for their courtesy, dedication, and compassion.
There will be a gathering for family and friends on Sunday, the fifth of November, 2017 at Oakview Funeral Home located at 56 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville between the hours of 2:00 and 5:00 Donations to the charity of your choice in Mom’s name would be welcomed. A private family service at Victoria Memorial Gardens in Windsor, Ontario will be held on Monday, the sixth of November, 2017.
Remembered with love.
Treasured eternally.
