Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre,
on Thursday, October 26, 2017, Donald
Pike of Baine Harbour in his 76th year. Leaving to mourn
with fond and loving memories are his loving wife of 53 years,
Phyllis; sons, Lyndon (Shelley), Baine Harbour, and Craig (Delores),
St. John’s; 5 grandchildren, Stephanie, Darren, Logan,
Brandon, Olivia; 4 great-grandchildren Kaden, Jaxon, Madison, and
Emma; brother Russell, Bay L’argent, sister Lucy Coucherne,
Mississauga, ON; special nephew Paul Pike, Paradise, special friends
Drs. Acharya, Joe Brushett, Fannie and Clayton Lambert; plus a large
circle of relatives and
friends.
Donald is predeceased by his parents
Wallace and Stella Pike, brothers Arthur and Freeman, sisters Margaret
and Rita, great granddaughter
Kara.
Resting at St. Mark’s Anglican Church in
Baine Harbour, on Friday, October 27th, 7:30 – 9 pm;
Saturday, October 28th, all day. The funeral service
will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 3:00 pm at St.
Mark’s Anglican Church. Interment to follow at St.
Mark’s Anglican Cemetery, Baine Harbour,
NL
In Donald’s’ memory
donations, may be made to the Chemo Unit, Burin Peninsula Health Care
Centre, or St. Mark’s Anglican
Church.
