Obituary of Elaine Kehn
~~ Passed away peacefully at The Village of University Gates, Waterloo, on Sunday, October 22, 2017, aged 88.
Dear wife of David for 62 years. Loving mother of Michael, Karen (Bob) Best, Vincent (Christine) and John. Will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Laura, Melissa, Krystina, Cassandra, Kathryn, Gregory, Rowan and Garnet.
Elaine was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church. She was a member of the CWL and a volunteer with the Red Cross. Elaine was a proud nursing graduate of St. Mary’s Hospital “Class of 1951”.
Pre-deceased by her parents Wilfred and Laura Weber, and brothers Raymond and Joseph Weber.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Elaine with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 P.M. & 7:00-9:00 P.M. Parish prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Thursday, evening at 8:45 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, 173 Lourdes Street, Waterloo on Friday, October 27, 2017 at 11:00 A.M., with Rev. Rafal Tomon as Celebrant. Interment to follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. Reception to be held in the parish hall following interment.
