Obituary for Archie Lucier
It is with heavy hearts thatw e announce the passing of Archie Lucier, beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather, on September 12, 2017.
Archie was predeceased by his father Robert and mother Josephine as well as by his son Corie Lucier(Januaryb27, 2017), also many brothers (in laws) and sisters (in laws).
Archie is survived by his loving wife Elaine, his son Maurice, his grandsons Blaine and Jack and many family members.
Archie was a heavy equipment operator for many years. There wasn’t a machine that he couldn’t operate.
Archie beleived that family was the most importantthing. He spent many hours with his grandson, Jack. He also enjoyed playing guitar and singing.
There will be an empty space in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A funeral service will be held in Archie’s honour at St John XXIII Roman Catholic Church, 3390 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 1:00 PM.
