Peacefully with family at her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Douglas G. Timms,. Survived by her three children, Stephanie (Paddy Savage), son David (Cathy), son Gregory (Janet), and granddaughter Heather (Jon). Predeceased by her sister Gail (Russel).
Born and raised in Renfrew, by her mother Madelon “Dolly” Drysdale, and grandparents, Alice and Walter Beall. She went to KGH following graduation and became a nurse. She has done extensive traveling with her husband and children and settled in Ottawa in 1970. She worked at Veterans Affairs as a Medical Clerk. Doug and Pat were very involved in St. Aidan’s Church for several years, as well as Pastoral Care at the General Hospital and opened their hearts and home to many folks in need. They touched too many lives to mention.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful, caring and attentive staff at Carleton Lodge in Ottawa. The staff treated Mom and Dad as family and contributed to their quality of life in the latter years.
