Richard Taylor – 2017

TAYLOR, Richard Bamforth – Passed away peacefully on Monday August 14, 2017 in his 85th year, at St. Catherines General Hospital. He is survived by his wife Monica Taylor (nee Murray) his sons James Taylor (Julie Laventure) and Paul Taylor (Anna-Marie Taylor), his grandchildren Michelle and Ryan Taylor, and his sister Joane Brooks. Born and raised in Toronto, he was a long-term employee of Kodak Canada at the Weston Plant. Retiring to Niagara-on-the-lake he became an avid volunteer at the Niagara Historical Society & Museum where his contributions made many life-long friends.
Family will receive friends at MORGAN FUNERAL HOME, 415 Regent St. on Monday, August 21, 2017 from 12 pm to 1 pm with a service taking place at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff at St. Catharines General Hospital, especially his nurses Chelsea, Erica and Sally. In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation to the cancer society of their choice.
