WILLIAMS, Marion Alvena—
Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. Marion (nee Leader) Williams, in her 87th year, was the beloved wife of the late Ronald Armand Williams (2011). She was the dear mother of Gregory (Cathy) Williams, Jeffrey (Lynn) Williams and Bradley (Susan) Williams. Marion was the proud grandmother of Amy (Ezra), Joy (Mike), Tara (Luke), Samantha, Chase, Dylan, Melissa (Steven), Matthew and the late Myles. She was the loving great-grandmother of Joshua, Andrew, Eden, the late Zyanna, Angela, Catherine, Elizabeth, Victoria, Julianna and Lucas. Marion is survived by her brother Brock Leader, by her sister Karen Bruder and by her dear sister-in-law Joan Leader. She was predeceased by her parents Robert and Florence (nee Ertel) Leader, by her brother Bill Leader and by her sister Dorothy Millie.
Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, on Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 10 – 11 a.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Marion’s ashes will be entombed beside her husband Ron’s ashes, at Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice Wellington would be appreciated by the family.
