Obituary of Douglas Laing
Laing: Douglas a resident of Bothwell, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, August 4, 2017 at the age of 63. Born in Chatham, son of the late Percival & June Laing. Loving husband to Marion Laing. Cherished father of Rob Laing, Melissa & Mark Watty, Michelle Laing & Shane Pollard. Grandpa Laing will be forever missed by his grandchildren Kerissa, Sidney, Marley, Tatum, and Jaxon. Brother to Karen Mallot (the late Cal), Irene Graham (the late Don), Valerie Clunis (Mike), Ann Kelley (Norm), Betty Coll (John), Bill Laing (Penny), son-in-law to Queenie Wood, and brother-in-law to Shirley Parker, David Wood (Cheryl), Dennis Wood (Shirley), and Judy Laing. Predeceased by his brother Earl Laing. Cremation has taken place. Family to receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria Street on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 1:30 until the Memorial Service at 2:30 p.m.
