It is with deep sadness that we announce Elaine’s unexpected passing at her home in Larder Lake on Saturday, July 29th, 2017. Born on July 6, 1946 to the late Douglas and Rhoda (née Patterson) Christian. She is lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her daughter Mandy (Jessie) Siebert, Wayde and Shayne Orvis; their father Earl Orvis; her grandchildren Jane, Jill, Jeremy-Kash Siebert, Emily and Eden Mulvahill-Orvis; her dear sisters Carolyne (late Murvin) Wright, Wendy (late Jim) Green, Theresa (late Bruce) Bourne and Lois (Chris) Moore. Elaine lived her life to its fullest and looked forward to her winter escapes every year. She also enjoyed being part of the Red Hat Ladies of Larder Lake.
