The family of the late Lewis
Willard James Brown announce his passing on July 16, 2017 at the Long
Term Care Facility in Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the age of 92
years. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Frances; his
children, Jim Brown, Ena Brown, Robert Brown, Barbara Brown, Pauline
Jordan and Donna Brown; 11 grandchildren and several
great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends. He was predeceased by his
parents, James and Mary Brown, and all his brothers and
sisters. He was the last remaining
member of his immediate family.
Visitation will take place from Fillatre Funeral
Homes in Goose Bay on Monday, July 17, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 7-9
pm. Funeral will be conducted from
St Andrew’s Anglican Church on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 2
pm with Rev. Nellie Thomas officiating.
Interment to follow at the Anglican
Cemetery.
