peacefully away, Elizabeth Theresa
Fitzgerald at Corner Brook, Long Term Care on Monday,
July 10, 2017 in her 99th year. Leaving to
mourn with fond and loving memories her sisters: Jean (Bill) Murphy,
and Patricia (Bryan) Green; bother: Michael Fitzgerald;
sister’s in-law: Augusta Fitzgerald and Patricia Fitzgerald;
and a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was
predeceased by her parents Michael and Bridget Fitzgerald; siblings
Mary Buckle, Roy, Joe, Kevin, Sheila Sova, and Frank. Elizabeth was a
member of the Legion, involved with the Echo Club, and she loved to
socialize with friends. Visitation will take place from
Fillatre’s Funeral Home on Thursday, July 13 from 2-4
& 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday,
July 14 at !0:30 AM from Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer with
father Andrew white officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia
Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to a
