Obituary
With family by her side, Wanda Nadine Wetterberg passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 2, 2017, in her 65th year at the University of Alberta Hospital, as a result of an unfortunate accident.
She will lovingly be remembered by her brothers, Wayne Wetterberg and wife Janine of Spruce Grove, Alberta and Lloyd Wetterberg and wife Cathy of Shallow Lake, Ontario. She will also be fondly and lovingly remembered by her nephew Donald Wetterberg and wife Jocelyn of Devon Alberta and niece Krysta Wetterberg and fiancé Jordan McIver of Edmonton. Wanda will be sadly missed by many close friends and colleagues.
Many thanks to the staff of the U of A burn and intensive care units.
As per Wanda’s wishes there will be a private internment with a Celebration of Life to follow at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to the University of Alberta Hospital, Firefighters Burn Treatment Unit (8448-112 Street Edmonton AB T6G 9Z9) would be appreciated.
