Bathurst – Mrs. Emma Savage, common-law
spouse to Omer Lavigne, of Bathurst, passed away on Thursday, June 15,
2017 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, at the age
of 60. Born in Edmundston, she was the daughter
of the late Alexandre and Laurette (Nadeau)
Savage.
She was a retired Federal
employee.
Besides her spouse, she is survived by
two step-children: Amy Jo Hachey
(Stephane) of South Tetagouche and
Jena Franco Lavigne of Moncton.
Four
step-grandchildren.
One brother, Roger Savage (Ginette
Carrière) of
Edmundston.
Three sisters:
Cécile Savage Morneault
(Hervé) of Baker Brook,
Danielle Savage of Lake Baker and
Corinne Savage of Laval,
Que.
Several nieces and
nephews.
The family will receive relatives and
friend on Sunday, June 18,
2017, from 7
to 9 p.m. at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com),
Bathurst. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday June
19,2017 at 2 p.m. from the Funeral Home
Chapel.
