Passed away peacefully, in her 95th year, at St. Joseph’s Villa on June 1, 2017. Best friend and loving wife of the late Charles Ellis. Loving mother of Lorne (Maureen), Dawn (David) McNea and the late Marsha. Cherished grandmother of Adam, Heather (Nick), Robyn, Laura, Sandra and Tim. Great grandmother of Toby. She was our family spiritual leader; her love, caring manner and wisdom will be missed by us all. Muriel was a lifetime member of the United Church Women of Bowman United in Ancaster and a volunteer at McMaster Hospital for over 10 years. She was a long time employee of Lewiscraft in Hamilton.
