Gary R. Harper, 53, of Dieppe, passed away at his residence
of natural causes on Thursday, April 27, 2017. Born in Moncton, he was
the son of Aubrey and Bertha (Lefurgey) Harper of
Dieppe.
Gary was the Owner / Operator of Acadian Greens (Acadia
Lawncare). He enjoyed watching TV, telling jokes and spending time
with his family. In past years, he enjoyed going on runs with his best
friend, Mike, in the tractor trailer.
Gary will be sadly missed by his wife, Marilyn Morris;
daughter, Kayla Meunier (Aymeric) of Moncton; stepchildren, Julia
McNeil of Oromocto and Wade Morris (Paulette) of Dieppe;
grandchildren, Isaac, Tristen, Kyle, Sarah and Conor; paternal
grandmother, Marie Berry of Moncton; sister, Wanda Horn of Moncton;
brothers, Stephen Harper (Bea) of Hillsborough and Owen Harper of
Dieppe; best friend, Mike LeBlanc; several nieces, nephews and
extended family members.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road,
Moncton (858-1995) on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to
celebrate and honour Gary’s life will be held at Fergusons
Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Majors
Leigh and Vida Ryan officiating. Refreshments following the service.
Interment will be held at Middlesex Cemetery,
Middlesex.
No flowers due to family allergies. In lieu of flowers,
donations to a living memorial would be appreciated. Online
