Alice Sullivan

It is with sadness that the family announces
the passing of Alice Sullivan, of Bathurst, wife of Austin Sullivan,
passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst on Wednesday,
April 26, 2017 at the age 81.
Born in Trois Rivière, Quebec, she
was the daughter of the late Donat and Agnes (Frenette)
DeGrasse.
Besides her husband Austin, she is survived
by:
Four sons: Dan (Wanda) of Canobie,
Frank (Wendy) of Bathurst, Marc (Jennifer) of Calgary, AB and David
(Stephanie) of Chauvin, AB.
Lorraine Whalen, who was like a daughter to
her.
Five grandchildren, Matthew, Megan, Zach,
Michael and Makita.
Four sisters: Cecile DeGrasse, Louise
Heckbert (Paul), Regina Boudreau (late Lawrence) all of Bathurst and
Denise Hachey (late George) of Sudbury,
ON.
One brother: Charles (Jeannine) of
Bathurst.
She was predeceased by two sisters Jeannine
Doucet and Clarisse DeGrasse.
There will be no visitation at the funeral
home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 28,
2017 at 11:30 am at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew Street,
Bathurst. Donations in memory of Alice may be made to the
Palliative Care Unit at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst or the
Heart & Stroke Foundation. Arrangements are in the
care of Elhatton Funeral Home
