After a lengthy illness, Clare passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 15, 2017 in palliative care at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre at the age of 87. She is predeceased by her husband Michael Joseph (Joe) Carty and her son Patrick Joseph Carty. Clare is survived by her daughter Mary Teresa Carty, her son Michael Francis Joseph Carty and his wife Angela. Loving grandmother to Joseph Vincent Carty. A special thank you to the staff in “K” Wing for their loving care of our dear mother Clare.
