ALDOUANE, NB – Philippe Fontaine 25, of Aldouane
passed away accidentally on Friday, April 14, 2017 in Harcourt,
NB. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Victor Hebert and
Doris (Chevarie) Fontaine.
Philippe worked as a fisherman and as a boat fiberglasser. He
enjoyed taking long drives in the back roads, visiting different
touristic spots in the province and also working on his truck and
boat.
Philippe will be sadly missed by his mother, Doris Fontaine
(Gerald Surette) of Ste-Anne-de-Kent; his father, Victor Hebert (Line)
of St. Charles; his adoptive father, Robert Fontaine of Bouctouche;
maternal grandparents, Pierre & Claudette Chevarie of Aldouane
whom he lived with; paternal grandparents, Prudent &
Irène Hebert of St. Charles; adoptive grandmother,
Thérèse Fontaine (late Anotine) of Moncton; two
sisters, Melissa Hebert, Véronique Hebert both of St.
Charles, two brothers, Ronnie Hebert of St. Charles, Gabriel Fontaine
of Bouctouche and many uncles, aunts, cousins and
friends.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home
in Richibucto on Thursday from 7 – 9 pm. A Funeral
Mass will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 11:00 am, St. Louis de
Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto. Donations in
Philippe’s memory may be made to the charity of the
donor’s choice. Arrangements are in care of
Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
