Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at Lee Manor in Owen Sound, on Saturday afternoon, April 8th, 2017. Doris Anne Cranny (nee Harrison), of Owen Sound, at the age of 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late William Cranny. Loving mother of Michael Cranny and his wife, Valerie, of Victoria, B.C., Jeffrey Cranny and his wife, Marlene, of Owen Sound, Stephen Cranny and his wife, Michele, of Chatham and David Cranny, of Owen Sound, Proud grandmother of Morgan, Meghan, Jonathan (Brittany), Jason (Liz), Chad (Kristin), Zachary (Jocelyn) and Sarah. Great-grandmother of Bronwen, William, Pearl, Ryan, Jenna, Emma and Piper. Predeceased by her parents, William and Margaret Harrison and her siblings, Pearl, Irene, Hilda and Bill Harrison.
A Funeral Service for Doris Cranny will be held in the Chapel of the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492), on Thursday, April 13th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce as an expression of sympathy.
