Irene Francis Marryat
1941 – 2017
It is with deepest sympathy and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Born and raised in Fergusons cove, Irene was the daughter of the late Fred and Florence lynch. She passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning with her family by her side, April 4, 2017. she was survived by her loving husband jack of 56 years: sons Johnny (Kathy), Steven (Janesse) daughters, Debbie (Gerald), Christine (Mike), Donna (Dan); grandchildren, Darren (Erin), Ryan (Ashley), Randy, Ian, Jack, Brandon, Alex, Sarah, Cameron, Michael, Mitchell, Melissa; great grandchildren, Jaxson, Lariah, Bryson, Flynn; Brothers, Jimmy (Evelyn), Paul, Wayne, Tommy, Freddy; sisters, Theresa, Eileen and Linda; sister-in-law, Janet as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Ralph, Lloyd, Victor, Joseph, Donnie, Gerald; sisters, June and jean. Irene had a passion for gardening, playing crib with her grandchildren and enjoyed her annual picnics over Mcnabs Island with all her family. She will be greatly missed but will be forever in our hearts. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Monday April 10th in St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 151 Hebridean Drive, Halifax.
