Passed peacefully away after a short illness at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Friday, February 17, 2017, Glenn Oliver of Gull Island, age 50 years. Predeceased by mother: Dorothy Oliver. Leaving to mourn, father: Andrew, Gull Island; brothers and sisters: Geraldine (John) English, Job’s Cove, Debbie (Rick) Doyle, Grates Cove, Joey (Gail), Gull Island, and Dean (Karen), Mt. Pearl; nieces and nephews: Scott, Kelly, Crystal, Jody, and Jessica; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Saturday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Sunday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, February 20 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Western Bay. Interment in Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Cemetery, Northern Bay.
