Peacefully at the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital (Smiths Falls Site) on Monday March 6, 2017. Don Day of Smiths Falls, in his 61st year. Son of the late Ross and Elizabeth (Oborne) Day. Dear brother of Phyllis (Terry) Bellinger of Texas, Marion Rogers of R.R. # 1, Toledo and Dale (Doug) Leal of Smiths Falls. Predeceased by brothers, George, Carl and Kenneth Day. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the SCOTLAND FUNERAL HOME, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Monday morning from 10 o’clock until time of Memorial Service in our Chapel at 12 Noon. Inurnment Halladay Cemetery, Elgin. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
