Obituary of Douglas Sheppard
SHEPPARD, Douglas Murray – Passed away peacefully, after a very short illness, at PRHC on Saturday, February 04, 2017 with his family at his side. Doug, of Lakefield in his 47th year. Cherished son of Herbert and Helen Sheppard of Lakefield, devoted and loving father of Jamie, dear brother of Gord Sheppard, and dearest uncle to Adrienne Irwin-Sheppard. Friend of Jamie’s mother, Bev Wells, and dearest friend of Sherry Irwin, and beloved son-in-law of Jeanette and Jim Kidd. Doug also leaves to mourn many relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. Funeral service at Northview Community Church, 1000 Fairbairn Street, Peterborough, on Friday February 17th at 2pm, visitation prior to service, reception to follow.
