WHITMAN, Ernest Leslie, FCPA, FCMA, 89, Business man and educator Ernest Leslie Whitman passed away, February 23, 2017 at home. He was married to his loving wife the late Roberta Ann Borden for 51 years who predeceased him in 2007. Born in Halifax he was the only son of the late Fred and Marie Whitman. He is survived by his sons, Bruce and his son Brendan; Craig (Helen) and their children, Jeffrey and Samantha; his sisters, Joan (Arthur) Abbott, Donna and her son Kevin; nieces Wendy and Stephanie as well as many other nieces and nephews.
