Forsey, Frederick Raymond – peacefully at QHC-Belleville General Hospital, with his family at his side, on Thursday, February 23rd, 2017, in his 93rd year. Son of the late Frederick and Minnie Forsey. Husband of the late Mary Forsey (nee Richards). Loving father of Paul (Brenda) of Napanee and Richard (Penny) of Belleville. Proud grandfather of Kristen (Ken) Sutcliffe, Paula (Robert) Albright, Tiffen MacKinnon and Tessa (Mike) Pascoe and 8 great grandchildren. Ray is also survived by his special friend, Dolores Callow of Belleville. He is predeceased by Michael Richards, whom he thought of as a son, by his sister Ruby Trumpess and by his brother, Freeman Forsey. Private family services entrusted to the Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel. (613-968-2273). Spring Interment at Victoria Cemetery. If desired, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
