ALVEBERG, Agnes Fullerton Agnes was born on September 9th, 1920 in Glasglow, Scotland, the child of James and Isabella Gillespie. She passed away on January 11th, 2017 at Creekside Landing. She immigrated to Canada at age 5 and the family settled in Calgary. Agnes graduted from Crescent Heights High School and later worked as a telephone operator. In 1940, she met Clifford and they were married in September of 1941. They celebrated 64 years together. In 1948, Agnes and Cliff moved to B.C., settling in New Westminster where she worked again as a telephone operator. Another move to Cloverdate, BC where she worked for Overwaitea…
