Peacefully with her daughter by her side, at the Residential Hospice of Grey-Bruce in Owen Sound, on Sunday afternoon, January 15th, 2017. Patricia Dearden (nee Gow), of R.R. #7, Owen Sound, at the age of 57 years. Dearly loved wife of Jim Dearden. Loving mother of Becky LeQuyere and her husband, Rick, of Shallow Lake and Tim Dearden and his wife, Sherry, of Woodstock. Proud grandmother of Brianna, Brayden, Trenton and Jenna. Dear sister of Shelley Brick and her husband, John, of Owen Sound. Patti will be sadly missed by her in-laws, Marie Carter and her husband Steve and Doug Dearden and his wife Ada, both of Owen Sound and her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Sam and Betty Gow and her parents-in-law, Frank and Margaret Dearden. Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Sunday afternoon 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. and one hour prior to service. A Memorial Service for Patti Dearden will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday, January 23rd, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. David Shearman officiating. Spring interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Georgian Bluffs. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Residential Hospice of Grey-Bruce or the Canadian Cancer Society as an expression of sympathy.
