John Joseph Justason Kelly

John Joseph Justason Kelly
April 1, 1985 – December 14, 2016
John was born on April 1, 1985 at the British Military Hospital in Hanover, W. Germany. He has lived in both Germany and England before moving to Calgary, Alberta where he went to school and worked. John married Christy (Hui Hsuan) Liu in 2013 and their daughter Abigale was born. This little family then moved in Oct 2013 to Tai Chung, Taiwan. Unfortunately their marriage fell apart and they divorced.
John became an English teacher and at the time of his accident he was teaching in Tai Chung and was loving it. He was really looking forward to Halloween when he was going to take his students out trick or treating. His students called him “teacher John”.
John also loved to travel and did some when he was in Taiwan. He loved Banff, and camping. He remembered fondly the many times he went camping with his Aunt Heather and Uncle Mot.
John is survived by his daughter Abigale, in Taiwan, his brother Jacob and his mom and dad, John Sr. and Shanon and by his girlfriend in Taiwan, Mavis Chang. John is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, England, Wales and Australia who loved him and will miss him. He also leaves behind many friends and co-workers who will miss him.
