Entered into rest with family by his side at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Thursday December 8, 2016. Thomas Fredrick Deir of Brockville aged 64 years. Father of Shelta Jackson and dear brother of Deanna Leeder of Nova Scotia, Rose Birtch of Kingston, Mary Deir of Edmonton and Theresa Ross (Gordon) of Brockville. Tom will be missed by special and long time friends Brenda and William Latimer as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Bernard and Dorothy ( nee Leeder) Deir.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Thursday December 15, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be Celebrated in the Chapel on Thursday December 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. In memory of Tom, donations to the War Amps or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
