It is with great sadness that the family announces her passing in Sudbury, Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the age of 93 years. Daughter of the late Ferdinand and late Anna Brosseau. Beloved wife of Albert Simard. Loving mother of Ronald (Madeleine), Suzanne Bradley (André), Denis (Carmen), Rachelle Larcher (Jean-Paul) and late Gilles (late Denise). Predeceased by her siblings Marie-Rose Favron, Marie-Jeanne Ricard (late Maurice), Irène Brosseau, Ernest (late Annette), Wilfrid (late Aline), Eugène (late Rita), Albert (late Edna), Armand (late Jeanne) and Gena (Réjeanne). Cherished grandmother of Éric, Alain, Julie, André, Mélanie, Sylvain, Jasmine, Ginette and great-grandmother of 15. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Octobre dernier, Yvonne et Albert ont célébré leur 74e anniversaire de mariage. Ils étaient la définition du véritable amour. Son amour et sa compassion pour ses enfants font partie de son héritage et se sont manifestés à travers son enseignement, son rôle de mère et de grand-mère. La joie de maman dans la vie était de passer le plus de temps possible avec sa famille. L’une des relations les plus proches et les plus chères de son cœur était celle qu’elle entretenait avec ses petits-enfants. Elle les adorait et ils/elles l’adoraient. Ceux qui touchent nos vies, restent dans nos cœurs pour toujours. “Car Dieu a tant aimé le monde qu’il a donné son Fils unique, afin que quiconque croit en lui ne périsse pas, mais qu’il ait la vie éternelle” – Jean 3:16.
