The family announces with sorrow her death in North Bay, Saturday May 27, 2023 at the age of 85 years. Daughter of the late Antonio and of the late Eloïse (née Legault) Malette. Loving mother of Joanne Lefrançois (Yvon), Gaëtanne Houben (Carl Treverton), and Monique Roussel. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Véronique, Stéphane (Renée), Angélique, Josée (Marc), and by her 7 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Sr. Madeleine Malette F.D.L.S., Henri (Claire), Rémi (Lena), Rhéa St-Denis (late Mick), and Rita Davidson (Gerry). Predeceased by her brother Hervé (Gertrude). The family will receive friends at the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls on Tuesday, May 30 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 31 in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. Donations to the West Nipissing Food Bank would be greatly appreciated.

Mère bien aimé de Joanne Lefrançois (Yvon), Gaëtanne Houben (Carl Treverton) et Monique Roussel. Son souvenir restera gravé dans la mémoire de ses petits-enfants Véronique, Stéphane (Renée), Angélique, Josée (Marc) et par ses 7 arrière-petits-enfants. Sœur de Sr. Madeleine Malette F.D.L.S., Henri (Claire), Rémi (Lena), Rhéa St-Denis (feu Mick) et Rita Davidson (Gerry). Prédécédée par son frère Hervé (Gertrude). La famille recevra parent et amis pour des visites au Salon Funéraire Théorêt-Bourgeois, Sturgeon Falls le mardi 30 mai de 14h00 à 16h00 et de 19h00 à 21h00.
