Yvette Marie Diana Gareau, of Rosthern, SK, formerly of Duck Lake, SK passed away in Saskatoon on August 5, 2023. She was born to Antoine and Julie-Anne Gareau on December 4, 1945, in the Bellevue district, SK. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings: Rita Marchard, Albert (Céline) Gareau, Suzanne (Raul) Teles, Roger (Louisa) Gareau, Ronald Gareau, Hubert (Denise) Gareau, Marina Patty and Alain (Barbara) Gareau; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends. She was predeceased by her: parents, Antoine and Julie Anne (Gaudet/Gareau/Cyr) Gareau; sisters Marie, Rolande, and Simone; brother François; and step-father Antonio Cyr. Yvette had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community. She was a devoted registered nurse and remained steadfastly committed to faith and family.
