At Birmingham Retirement Home in Mount Forest on Sunday, July 16, 2023, Bill Heibein formerly of Gorrie passed away at the age of 94.
Cherished dad of Kevin Heibein & Joyce Campbell of Horseshoe Valley, Heather & Dave Robertson of Gorrie, Holly Heibein of Vancouver and Pamela & Steve Place of Questa, New Mexico. Loving grandpa of Alyssa & Matt Van Wyk, Dustin Robertson and William Place and great-grandpa of Ryder Van Wyk. Brother of Wilma Williamson and Margaret Underwood. Bill will be missed by Joyce Heibein, as well as his nieces and nephews, Douglas Ingleton, Don & Donna Watson, Jack & Lynne Watson, Linda & Peter Dinsmore, Murray & Tanya Watson, Carol & Doug Kopp, Norm & Sheri Watson, Karen & Bill Ross and their families.
Predeceased by his parents Albert & Vera (Gamble) Heibein, his first wife Margaret (Orr) Heibein, sister Jean Ingleton and her husband Freeman, brothers-in-law Lyle Watson, Earl Williamson and Glenn Underwood and nephew Garry Watson.
A Celebration of Bill’s life will be held at the Wingham Legion on Sunday, July 30th, 2023 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Final resting place, Greenwood Cemetery, Milverton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 307 (Howick) or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
