It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Bill on Monday, May 8th, 2023 at the age of 68. Predeceased by his parents, Robert Wellington Barnes and Isabel May Barr. Also predeceased by his grandson, Jordan Barnes.
Bill will be missed and loved always by his loving partner, Clare Bryce, his siblings, Bob, Judy, Susan, Catherine, Shirley and Paul, his sons, Robert, Tommy and Matthew and his grandchildren, Connor, Raelyn and Scarlett.
A private family memorial and burial will take place at a later.
