Obituary of Wayne Kelly
September 20, 1950 – July 22, 2023
We deeply regret to announce the passing of Wayne Sylvester Kelly, of Arnprior, who left us peacefully at his home Saturday, July 22, 2023 at the age of 72. Best friend, soul mate and devoted partner of the late Linda Fleming (June 14, 2023). Loving step-father to Mandy McIlquham (Sean), Lisa McIlquham (Craig), Tommy Townsend (Julie) and Jonathan Bennett, Wayne was a beloved grandfather to Kinley Ward, Gracie, and Kentley Townsend and a dear brother-in-law to Rick Bennett (Cathy) of Calgary. He will also be missed deeply by his family in Southern Ontario. Wayne will be fondly remembered for his dedication, resilience, and the lasting impact he made on those around him. Wayne’s private arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior. In Wayne’s memory, we invite everyone to celebrate not only his life but also his values of love, resilience, and good-natured humor. He has left an indelible mark on our hearts, and his spirit will continue to guide us. We shall always remember Wayne as a beacon of strength and a cherished friend. For those who wish to honor Wayne with a contribution, donations may be made in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
